This year, Mitchener Builders broke ground on four new farmhouses in Chautauqua County, each tailored to the unique vision and needs of the families who will call them home. From framing to the finish work, every detail of these modern homes was crafted with precision and care.
HOMESTEAD ACRES Dewittville, NY
Interior Detail
The Homestead Acres project in Dewittville, reached completion this spring and the Ivory Barndominium in Frewsburg, was completed just in time for the holiday season. Interior and exterior work will continue into the New Year at the Urban Farmhouse and Christmas Tree Farm projects in southern Chautauqua County.
Another key highlight for Mitchener Builders in 2024, was the renovation of three Chautauqua Lake homes, where the team focused on enhancing both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of these properties to better serve their owners.

Equally noteworthy was the Countryside Oasis in Cattaraugus County, a large-scale addition featuring a recreational indoor pool. The project exemplifies Mitchener Builders’ dedication to creating unique and luxurious living spaces.

Looking ahead to 2025, Mitchener Builders is excited to integrate the Manitou Rotating Telehandler into its operations. This new equipment is expected to improve safety on job sites while streamlining the construction process and increasing overall efficiency.
